    • Eligibility: Candidates must have an LLM degree or equivalent with a minimum of 55% marks (50% for SC/ST candidates). Candidates with a UGC-NET/JRF or SLET qualification are exempted from the entrance exam.
    • Admission: Admission to the PhD program is based on a written test and interview conducted by the university.
